Amends the Tribal Forest Protection Act of 2004 to expand the definition of "Indian forest land or rangeland" to include land with grass/brush cover, land capable of forest restoration, and Alaska Native Corporation lands held under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act

Expands tribal authority from protecting Indian forest land to both protecting and restoring Indian forest land, rangeland, and Federal land

Adds watershed protection to the criteria for evaluating tribal project proposals on Federal land, alongside existing land protection considerations

Requires Federal land to have special geographic, historical, or cultural significance to the Indian tribe for project eligibility

Authorizes $15,000,000 per year for fiscal years 2026 through 2031 to carry out the Act
