Mandates states submit reports to the Secretary after the first 8 fiscal quarters covering quality of care, healthcare access, and total expenditures for sickle cell disease patients enrolled in health homes

Requires the Secretary to publish best practices for designing sickle cell disease health home programs on the CMS website by June 30, 2026, based on clinical guidelines and consultation with providers and patient advocacy groups

Defines eligible individuals as Medicaid beneficiaries with sickle cell disease (an inherited blood disorder identified through newborn screening or genetic testing)
