Amends Section 315 of the Taiwan Assurance Act of 2020 to expand reporting requirements for Department of State guidelines governing U.S. relations with Taiwan

Requires the Secretary of State to conduct a review of Taiwan relations guidance at least every five years and reissue updated guidance to executive branch departments and agencies

Mandates submission of updated reports to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and House Foreign Affairs Committee within 90 days of completing each periodic review

Updated reports must include all information required under existing reporting provisions plus a description of how the guidance meets specified goals and objectives

Expands scope of covered documents to include successor or related documents containing Taiwan relations guidance, not just the original "Guidelines on Relations with Taiwan" memorandum
