Adds comprehensive dental and oral health coverage to Medicare Part B starting January 1, 2027 (dentures starting 2026), including preventive services, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and dentures, with payment set at 70% of national median dental fees

Expands Medicare hearing care coverage beginning January 1, 2027, covering audiology services without physician referral, hearing aid examination services, and hearing aids for individuals with moderately severe to profound hearing loss (limited to one pair per ear every 5 years)

Adds vision coverage starting January 1, 2027, including routine eye examinations once every 2 years and one pair of conventional eyeglasses every 2 years

Appropriates $900 million for dental implementation, $370 million for hearing implementation, and $500 million for vision implementation through fiscal year 2025

Phases in the impact on Part B premiums from 2026-2030, with dental costs gradually incorporated at 25% in 2028, 50% in 2029, and 75% in 2030 to prevent sudden premium increases
