Extends firearm receipt rights to spouses of Armed Forces members stationed outside the United States, allowing them the same privileges currently granted to service members at duty stations

Amends Section 925(a)(3) of title 18, U.S. Code to include military spouses in exceptions for receiving firearms and ammunition at overseas duty locations

Establishes that military spouses can claim residency in the same states as service members for federal firearms law purposes: the state of legal residence, the state where the duty station is located, or the state from which the member commutes to duty

Takes effect 180 days after enactment
