Electronic communication and remote computing service providers cannot receive reimbursement or compensation for providing information, facilities, or technical assistance related to child exploitation investigations

Amends three sections of Title 18, U.S. Code: section 2706(c) regarding records requirements, section 2518 regarding wiretap compensation, and section 3124(c) regarding pen register/trap and trace device assistance

"Child exploitation" is defined by reference to section 2 of the PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008 (34 U.S.C. 21101)
