December 14, 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of the Dayton Peace Accords, which ended the Bosnian War that included the July 1995 Srebrenica genocide where over 8,000 Muslim men and teenagers were killed

Reaffirms U.S. and EU commitment to promote human rights, democracy, and rule of law in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while supporting the country's path toward NATO and EU membership

Urges continued U.S. support for the Office of the High Representative and calls on Bosnia and Herzegovina to pursue constitutional reforms and strengthen democratic institutions

Encourages regional cooperation to combat malign influence from Russia and China in the Balkans

Recognizes the State of Ohio and Dayton community for hosting the 1995 peace negotiations, and acknowledges the estimated 350,000 Bosnian-Americans residing in the United States
