Recognizes human life as a "sacred gift from God" with inherent dignity and reaffirms the Declaration of Independence's statement that life is an unalienable right

Commends individuals, families, faith-based organizations, pregnancy resource centers, and communities that promote a "culture of life" and support pregnant mothers

Urges policymakers to enact laws protecting the unborn and provide resources to help women and families "choose life"
