Designates June 26 as "LGBTQI+ Equality Day" to commemorate three Supreme Court decisions: Lawrence v. Texas (2003) decriminalizing same-sex private conduct, United States v. Windsor (2013) striking down section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act, and Obergefell v. Hodges (2015) establishing constitutional right to same-sex marriage

Expresses Senate support for equal rights and protections for all people regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or sex characteristics

Acknowledges that transgender people and LGBTQI+ people of color face disproportionate barriers including violence, discrimination, poverty, and societal isolation

Calls for further legislation to ensure freedom from discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, education, Federal funding, credit, and jury service
