Requests assessment of whether U.S. security assistance to Panama could support activities related to detention or imprisonment of persons removed by the U.S., plus information on detention center conditions and allegations of torture

Requires disclosure of any U.S.-Panama agreements or financial transactions related to removal/detention of non-citizens, assurances sought regarding their treatment, and a summary of all 2025 meetings between Panama and U.S. officials
