Designates September 22–28, 2025 as "Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Week" to mark the 18th anniversary of the AANAPISI Program established in 2007

AANAPISIs are degree-granting institutions with at least 10% Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander undergraduate enrollment; 208 institutions are currently eligible, with 69 having received funding

These institutions comprise 7.1% of all higher education institutions but enroll 46% of all AANHPI undergraduate students and award 51% of associate's degrees and 44% of bachelor's degrees earned by this population

Encourages eligible institutions to obtain funding and establish programs serving the unique needs of AANHPI students, families, and communities

Calls on the public to observe the week with appropriate activities, ceremonies, and programs supporting AANAPISIs
