Designates the week beginning October 12, 2025, as "National Wildlife Refuge Week" to recognize the National Wildlife Refuge System, which includes 573 refuges, 38 wetland management districts, and 5 marine national monuments across all U.S. states and territories

Acknowledges the system encompasses over 850 million acres of habitat supporting approximately 800 bird species, 220 mammal species, 250 reptile and amphibian species, 1,100 fish species, and more than 380 threatened or endangered species

Recognizes the economic impact of nearly 71 million annual visits generating over $3.2 billion for local economies and supporting 41,000 jobs, with approximately $5 returned to local economies for every $1 appropriated

Highlights recreational opportunities including hunting programs at over 430 units and fishing programs at over 375 units, along with wildlife observation, photography, and environmental education

Encourages observance of National Wildlife Refuge Week and reaffirms Senate support for wildlife conservation and continued management of the refuge system by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
