Report must describe U.S. government actions to promote human rights in Honduras, bring officials involved in drug trafficking to justice, and disassociate U.S. security assistance from criminal practices

Secretary of State must assess whether U.S. security assistance to Honduras has been used to support drug trafficking activities and related crimes

Report must include assessment of former President Hernández's post-conviction status, any ongoing cartel ties, and U.S. actions to address corruption and human rights violations linked to drug trafficking in Honduras
