Extends repeal dates from December 31, 2026 to July 1, 2029 for the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team Grant Program, Behavioral Health Receiving Center Grant Program, and Behavioral Health Crisis Response Committee

Appropriates $19,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2027 to support the Rare Disease Advisory Council through the Department of Health and Human Services State Laboratory
