Amends SR-85 (Mountain View Corridor) to run from Route 73 and Route 145 in Saratoga Springs northerly on Mountain View Corridor Highway to California Avenue in Salt Lake City, removing prior references to 800 West and Route 68 connections

Amends SR-131 to begin at Route 85 in Herriman rather than Route 68 in Bluffdale, traveling easterly and northerly on Porter Rockwell Boulevard to Route 140 in Bluffdale

Amends SR-145 to begin at Route 85 and Route 73 in Saratoga Springs, traveling easterly on Pioneer Crossing to Route 89 in American Fork

Requires the Department of Transportation to recommend a legislative amendment upon completion of a proposed highway connecting Mountain View Corridor in Saratoga Springs with Cedar Valley Highway in Eagle Mountain; effective May 6, 2026
