Creates an infraction for minors (under 18) who possess altered toy, look-alike, or imitation firearms in public places after receiving a prior documented warning from law enforcement

Defines "altered" imitation firearms as those modified so a reasonable person would believe they are actual firearms

Requires three conditions for violation: intentional/knowing possession in public, knowledge that the item is altered, and a previous documented police warning

Applies to non-firearm devices regulated under 16 C.F.R. Part 1272 (federal imitation firearm regulations)
