Wildlife Board required to establish the "Goshen Bay Waterfowl Management Area" on state-owned lands below the settled boundary lines of Utah Lake in Goshen Bay, located in Township 9 South, Range 1 West and Range 1 East

Division of Wildlife Resources must execute a memorandum of understanding with the Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands to manage the area as a wildlife management area

Management purposes include propagating waterfowl, upland gamebirds, shorebirds, and other migratory birds using the Utah Lake ecosystem, while preserving natural habitat functions

Public access required for hunting, fishing, trapping, and wildlife viewing, including access with airboats and other small watercraft
