CDL applicants must sign an acknowledgment form attesting they can read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records

The Division of Motor Vehicles must maintain records of applicants who fail CDL skills tests or cannot take the test due to English language proficiency, along with which CDL driver training school they attended

Third party CDL testers and examiners must notify the division when an applicant fails a skills test or cannot take the test due to English language proficiency

Removes outdated references to temporary CDLs issued prior to July 1, 2015, and updates terminology throughout affected code sections
