Individuals convicted of registrable offenses in other jurisdictions must register on Utah's Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry, even if they are no longer residing in the original jurisdiction

Registration duration follows the external jurisdiction's requirements if the offender is on or required to be on that jurisdiction's registry; otherwise, Utah's standard registration periods apply

Removes the previous "substantially equivalent offense" language, clarifying that registration is required for offenses that directly qualify as registrable under Utah law

Amends Utah Code Section 53-29-203, which was enacted by Laws of Utah 2025, Chapter 291
