Food safety manager certification renewal period extended from 3 years to 5 years

Nonprofit organization fundraising events exempted from food service establishment requirements when a food service establishment donates the food and a certified food safety manager from that establishment remains on-site

Food service establishments donating food to nonprofit fundraising events cannot be required to obtain additional training, pay additional fees, or submit to additional testing for that purpose
