Adds "dwelling" as a defined term in Utah's stalking statute, referencing the definition in Section 76-6-201

Creates a new second degree felony enhancement when a stalker unlawfully enters the victim's dwelling during commission of the offense, in addition to the existing enhancement for using a dangerous weapon

Maintains existing penalty structure: first offense is a class A misdemeanor, third degree felony for repeat offenders or those who violate permanent criminal stalking injunctions, and second degree felony for multiple prior convictions

Changes terminology from "residence" to "dwelling" throughout the statute for consistency
