Office of Recovery Services must continue collecting spousal support after child support ends if the obligee requests it, using the same enforcement tools as child support collection including income withholding, asset seizure, and liens

Driver's license suspension becomes mandatory (not discretionary) for individuals who become at least $35,000 delinquent on child support on or after May 6, 2026, and have not made a full monthly payment in 60 days

Delinquent child support payments will accrue interest at 6% annually starting July 1, 2027

Families receiving public assistance will receive a pass-through of $100 (one child) or $200 (two or more children) from monthly child support payments starting July 1, 2028

Office of Recovery Services director must hold at least four meetings annually (two for obligors, two for obligees) to receive feedback on procedures, with annual reporting to the Health and Human Services Interim Committee until July 1, 2029
