Designates a portion of SR-198 in Utah County as the Gail S. Halvorsen Memorial Highway, running from SR-164 in Spanish Fork southward to the municipal boundary between Spanish Fork and Salem.

Requires the Department of Transportation to include the Gail S. Halvorsen Memorial Highway designation on future state highway maps.

Directs the Department of Transportation to install appropriate signage along the designated highway portion as soon as practicable.

Enacts new Utah Code Section 72-4-224 to establish the memorial highway designation.

Takes effect on May 6, 2026, with no money appropriated.
