Department of Health and Human Services must develop and publish guidelines, standards, and best practices for street medicine providers by July 1, 2026, including Medicaid reimbursement procedures and community resources for homeless individuals

Street medicine providers may dispense and administer long-acting injectables to unsheltered homeless individuals outside of traditional health care facilities, clinics, or shelters

Department granted rulemaking authority to allow health information sharing between street medicine providers and the Utah Homeless Management Information System

Providers must hold applicable professional licenses under Title 58 (Occupations and Professions) to deliver street medicine services
