Expands game fowl fighting offenses to include promoting fights, owning or training game fowl with intent to fight, and causing game fowl to injure another for amusement or gain

Establishes graduated penalties for game fowl fighting: class B misdemeanor for first offense, class A misdemeanor for second offense, and third degree felony for third or subsequent violations

Creates new offense for attending a game fowl fight or related activity, including bringing minors under 18, classified as a class B misdemeanor (effective May 6, 2026)
