Updates cross-references to the "position of special trust" definition across 6 other Utah Code sections, including school threat reporting requirements, governmental immunity waivers, enhanced penalties for sexual offenses, and sexual extortion statutes

Makes technical changes including replacing "of age" with "old" when describing age thresholds and removing the separate definition of "adult" from Section 76-5-404.1
