Repeals the Speech-language Pathologist and Audiologist Licensing Board and authorizes the Division of Professional Licensing to create temporary working groups when no board is available to assist with licensing duties

Creates alternative licensure pathways for audiologists and speech-language pathologists, allowing applicants to qualify through either ASHA/ABA certification or by meeting education, supervised experience, and examination requirements

Allows audiologists to supervise hearing instrument specialist interns, in addition to existing supervising hearing instrument specialists

Eliminates the State Board of Education's authority to issue new credentials for speech-language pathologists and audiologists after May 6, 2026, requiring practitioners to obtain licensure through the Division of Professional Licensing instead

Aligns unprofessional conduct standards for hearing instrument specialists with those of audiologists, including requirements for patient referrals, informed consent, advertising disclosures, and prohibitions on fitting hearing aids for children under age 6
