Administrative Office of the Courts must provide free public livestreams of court proceedings open to the public and post links on court websites

Courts may suspend livestreaming upon finding reasonable likelihood of risk to fair trial rights, victim rights, individual safety, minor interests, or personal privacy, and only if no less restrictive alternative exists

Audiovisual recordings of each livestream must be posted on court websites within 3 business days and remain freely available for at least one year

Livestreams must exclude jurors, minors' faces, non-public exhibits, chambers matters, bench conferences, and confidential attorney-client communications

Requirements do not apply to justice court or juvenile court proceedings; effective date is May 6, 2026
