Creates the Wildlife Crossing Account within the Transportation Investment Fund of 2005, funded by $2,000,000 annually from sales and use tax revenue earmarks, voluntary contributions from vehicle registration and hunting/fishing license applicants, legislative appropriations, and private donations

Allows the Department of Transportation to use account funds for wildlife overpasses, underpasses, directional fencing, escape ramps, habitat-connectivity structures, culvert modifications for fish passage, and wildlife-movement planning and research

Requires 10% of account funds be dedicated to livestock-related safety projects, including fencing, cattle guards, and infrastructure addressing problematic livestock incident areas

Directs the Department of Transportation to recommend wildlife connectivity projects to the Transportation Commission for prioritization, in consultation with the Division of Wildlife Resources and stakeholders

Takes effect July 1, 2026
