Prohibits application of nine specific pesticides within 1,000 feet of public or private elementary and secondary school boundaries, including paraquat dichlorate, atrazine, dicamba, chlorpyrifos, glyphosate, and PFAS substances

Requires signage notification 72 hours before and 72 hours after applying any non-prohibited pesticides within 1,000 feet of a school boundary

Exempts biopesticides, antimicrobials, microbicides, and virucides from the signage notification requirements

Defines school boundary to include the school property parcel as well as any property owned or leased by a school district where instruction, extracurricular activities, or training occurs

Takes effect May 6, 2026
