Health benefit plans that cover mammography screenings must also cover mobile mammography screenings performed in rural areas (counties of third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class) by FDA-approved mobile units

Mobile mammography units must be reimbursed at the same rate as in-network mammography screenings performed in other settings

Approved mobile units must accept the reimbursed amount plus any enrollee cost sharing as payment in full

Mobile mammography services must follow United States Preventative Services Task Force Guidelines on age and frequency
