Legislative general counsel must correct erroneous statutory history in legislation long titles and correct names of officers, funds, agencies, and departments

Removes the requirement for legislative general counsel to modify highlighted provisions of legislation to fix inconsistencies with enacted provisions

Prohibits the legislative general counsel from making any correction that would alter the meaning or effect of law
