Adopts the 2022 State Plane Coordinate System established by the National Geodetic Survey (NGS) as the standard for Utah, replacing references to the 1927 and 1983 coordinate systems while maintaining validity of historical documents using prior systems

Requires coordinate values to be expressed in units established by NGS and referenced to the most current National Spatial Reference System, with metadata describing the coordinate system and basis of bearings included in survey records

Creates additional pathways for professional land surveyor licensure: associate degree with 6 years experience, bachelor's degree with 4 years experience, high school diploma with 10 years experience, or holding an equivalent U.S. license with 1 year of practice

Repeals Section 57-10-11 regarding requirements to conform to the Utah Coordinate System
