Creates the Child Care Center Employee Subsidy Pilot Program within the Office of Child Care, beginning July 1, 2026, to provide subsidies to licensed center-based child care providers for children of their employees who don't qualify for income-based child care assistance

Eligible employers must hold a state child care license, provide at least 50% tuition reduction to employees for their children, and accept standard child care subsidies for income-eligible children

Subsidy awards to employers may not exceed 50% of the average monthly child care tuition cost, and the same child cannot receive subsidies under both this program and the existing income-based program

Appropriates $3,000,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2027 to establish the Child Care Center Employee Subsidy Restricted Account, with funds designated as nonlapsing

Takes effect May 6, 2026
