School districts must annually report open enrollment data to the State Board of Education for each school, including maximum capacity, adjusted capacity, projected enrollment, and actual enrollment on October 1, December 1, and June 30

Districts must report the number of nonresident student enrollment requests received, the number accepted, and the number of resident students transferring to other schools

Districts must provide the name and contact information for their open enrollment staff or specialist to both the state board and on their own website

The State Board of Education must publish an annual report on its website with school-by-school open enrollment data and calculated open enrollment rates (nonresident students divided by total enrollment)
