Election officers must post candidate information on their website within three business days of accepting a declaration of candidacy, including name, campaign contact information, office sought, and political party affiliation

Political party affiliation must be disclosed for all candidates regardless of whether they are running for partisan or nonpartisan office; unaffiliated candidates must be listed as not affiliated with a political party

Election officers without a website must publish required candidate information on the Utah Public Notice Website within the same three-day timeframe

Judges who are candidates in retention elections are exempt from these disclosure requirements
