Prohibits ambulance membership organizations from selling contracts to Medicaid enrollees and requires members who later enroll in Medicaid to notify the organization within 30 days for a prorated refund

Mandates clear disclosures stating that ambulance membership contracts are not insurance, including details on fees, service areas, cancellation terms, and a 30-day refund period for new members

Effective date is January 1, 2027, and the Insurance Commissioner may suspend or revoke licenses for violations, with penalties under existing Section 31A-2-308
