Persons licensed to install, repair, maintain, clean, or replace radon mitigation systems must complete training and certification before performing that work

Individuals who sell radon mitigation services or vent radon mitigation systems must also obtain required training and certification

Employers must ensure their employees receive the required training and certification before performing any radon mitigation work

The division may exempt individuals from certification requirements if they work under direct supervision of a certified professional
