Directs the Public Employees' Benefit and Insurance Program (PEHP) to include hormone replacement therapy (HRT) treatments in its drug formulary for state employees experiencing perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms

Recognizes HRT as a safe and effective treatment for menopausal symptoms including hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, sleep difficulties, and emotional changes

References the November 2025 FDA announcement initiating removal of broad "black box" warnings from HRT treatments for menopause

No money appropriated; resolution requires Governor concurrence

Requires a copy of the resolution to be sent to PEHP for implementation
