Requests Congress criminalize flying drones over correctional facilities, citing 130 drone incidents at federal facilities between 2015-2019 and an 87% increase in reports after formal tracking began in 2018

Asks Congress to authorize a pilot program allowing law enforcement and correctional agencies to mitigate drones flying over critical infrastructure, as current federal law prohibits facilities from controlling or destroying such drones
