Representatives may now voluntarily disclose when filing a legislation request whether it was made at the request of an agency head (cabinet officer or executive director of a state agency) and describe the nature of that request.

The Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel must track these agency head disclosures and report the number of disclosed requests to caucus staff.

Defines new terms including "agency head" and "state agency" (executive branch department, division, or office) for purposes of the disclosure rule.

No money is appropriated; the resolution takes effect upon successful final passage vote.
