Extends sunset dates to July 1, 2036 for 15 entities including the State Weed Committee, Land Use and Eminent Domain Advisory Board, Rare Disease Advisory Council Grant Program, Newborn Hearing Screening Committee, Health Care Providers Immunity from Liability Act, Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act, Hearing Instrument Specialist Licensing Act, and Behavior Analyst Licensing Act

Extends sunset dates for behavioral health programs to July 1, 2029, including the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team Grant Program, Behavioral Health Receiving Center Grant Program, and Behavioral Health Crisis Response Committee

Extends the Bears Ears Visitor Center Advisory Committee sunset to December 31, 2028, the Child Care Advisory Committee to July 1, 2029, the Utah Commission on Aging to July 1, 2031, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act to July 1, 2036

Removes the sunset date for Title 19, Chapter 6, Part 6 regarding lead acid battery disposal, making the provision permanent

Appropriates $19,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2027 to the Department of Health and Human Services State Laboratory to fund the Rare Disease Advisory Council
