Eliminates multiple annual reporting requirements to the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Interim Committee from agencies including the Sentencing Commission, Office of the Attorney General, Board of Pardons and Parole, State Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice, Bureau of Criminal Identification, Department of Corrections, and Division of Emergency Management

Requires the Sentencing Commission to publish the collateral consequence guide annually on the State Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice's website instead of presenting it to the interim committee

Creates a new requirement for the Sentencing Commission to produce an annual offense report listing every criminal offense created, expanded, enhanced, reduced, or eliminated during each legislative session and post it on the commission's website

Adds sunset provisions (ranging from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2031) requiring interim committee review of several remaining reports, including those on inmate health statistics, student housing crime, inmate programs, multi-agency strike force activities, and juvenile offenses
