Extends the sunset date of the Interdisciplinary Parental Representation Pilot Program from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2031

Prohibits former Division of Child and Family Services employees from working for the pilot program for one year after leaving the division

Requires the commission to report to the Health and Human Services Interim Committee before October 1, 2026 on grant numbers awarded and program impact on child welfare case outcomes

Takes effect May 6, 2026
