Adds registered nurses to the list of school employees eligible to receive the educator salary adjustment under Utah Code 53F-2-405

Eligible nurses must hold a license issued by the Division of Professional Licensing and work for a school district, charter school, regional education service agency, or Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind

Salary adjustment for fiscal year 2026 is $10,350 per full-time-equivalent educator (or $5,175 if the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program is not funded)

Part-time nurses would receive a partial salary adjustment based on hours worked

Effective date: July 1, 2026
