Physicians who participate in or refuse to participate in the execution of a death sentence authorized under Section 77-19-10 cannot be found to have engaged in unprofessional conduct

Participation in executions must be in accordance with state law and Department of Corrections protocol to qualify for this protection

Amends Utah Code Sections 58-67-502 and 58-68-502, which govern unprofessional conduct standards for physicians and osteopathic physicians
