Excludes physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, certified nurse midwives, and physician assistants from the definition of "health care worker" subject to health care services platform regulations

Amends Utah Code Section 58-90-101, originally enacted in 2025, which established registration requirements for electronic platforms connecting health care workers with independent contractor shifts at health care facilities

Adds new statutory definitions for "advanced practice provider" and "physician" to clarify which professionals are exempt from platform registration requirements

Effective date: May 6, 2026
