Defines "online marketplace" as a website or digital platform that facilitates transactions, communications, or connections between persons for consideration

Preserves local authority to regulate individuals who use online marketplaces, enforce short-term rental ordinances, enforce criminal code, and protect intellectual property

Allows municipalities and counties to continue seeking voluntary cooperation or submitting voluntary requests to online marketplaces

Takes effect May 6, 2026
