Expands the scope of supported spaceport activities to include reentry operations, adding to existing categories such as satellite launches, commercial space flights, space tourism, and cargo missions

Extends the committee's reporting deadline from September 30, 2026 to November 30, 2026 for submitting findings to the Economic Development and Workforce Services Interim Committee and Transportation Interim Committee

Takes effect on May 6, 2026, with the affected spaceport provisions set to be repealed on July 1, 2027
