Enacts the New Motorboat Distributor Act to regulate relationships between motorboat distributors and dealerships, requiring annual registration with the Department of Commerce and granting the executive director authority to impose administrative fines up to $1,000 per day for violations

Prohibits distributors from engaging in coercive practices, including requiring dealers to accept unordered inventory, restricting dealers from carrying other product lines, increasing prices on pre-ordered motorboats, or directly owning/operating dealerships

Requires distributors to provide written warranty and recall policies, compensate dealers for warranty work at their retail labor rates and parts markup, and reimburse incidental costs including on-water testing, administrative tasks, and customer assistance

Restricts termination or nonrenewal of dealership agreements without good cause and 60-day written notice, requires distributors to repurchase inventory, parts, tools, equipment, and signs upon termination, and establishes succession rights for designated successors of deceased or incapacitated dealers

Repeals the existing Motorboat Agreements Act (Chapter 13-58) and takes effect May 6, 2026
